Before joining GlobalGiving, Alison served as chief relationship officer at Arabella Advisors, where she led communications, marketing, business development, and client relationships, helping expand the organization’s reach and deepen its impact. Prior to that, she served as chief external affairs officer for the National Service Office for Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First, leading a campaign to scale proven programs supporting young families facing adversity.

Alison has also held senior leadership roles at the Trust for Public Land, the Denver Public Schools Foundation, and the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, supporting work in education, environmental conservation, equitable access, and community impact.

Beyond her professional work, Alison volunteers with Impact 100 Denver, a women’s collective investing locally, and Invest in Kids, a Colorado non-profit working with children and families experiencing economic inequities. She also is a member of the Empowerment Council for the Women’s Foundation of Colorado. She is based in Denver, Colorado.
